Goedemorgen,
Ik probeer de lampjes van mijn snelheidsmeter en toerenteller te vervangen (R1150RT)
Bij de snelheidsmeter is dit vrij probleemloos gelukt.
Bij de toerenteller heb ik wel problemen. Ik krijg met geen mogelijkheid de teller uit de behuizing. De twee schroeven achter losgedraaid, maar deze lijkt muurvast te zitten. Zit er ergens nog een borging die ik mis?
Wie heeft tips.

The Tach’ and speedo’ are both bolted to the housing with those M6 nuts. Over time the gauges tend to bed themselves into the housing bushing and need a fair push to get them out. Be careful.
Once the instruments are out of their housings, the bulbs just pull/wiggle out of their housings.
… I found a little light oil, applied sparingly overnight helped.

Hier kun je zien dat er geen andere clips oid zijn, alleen de M6 moeren.

Door uitleg dat de teller goed vast kan zitten een beetje olie gebruikt en toen voorzichtig met succes losgetikt.
Nu nieuwe lampjes scoren bij de bmw-dealer

Ik heb ook ergens iets gelezen over “vooral geen LED lichtjes te plaatsen”
Niet dat ik voornemens ben, maar stond er ook een reden bij?
Even opnieuw opgezocht.
Gaat alleen over het laadstroom-waarschuwingslampje .
Do not put an LED bulb in the generator warning light socket. The alternator uses the current from the gen light bulb to excite the rotor for initial charging start up. It will still charge with an LED but you will have to revv the heck out of it to get it to start charging.
In fact we used to remove the original 1.7 watt gen light bulb & install a lower resistance 3 watt gauge bulb to get them to start charging earlier (they clean up & cold idle better after the alternator comes on line & raises the system voltage so the quicker they start charging the better).

Ik dacht eerst dat de stralingshoek voor problemen zou zorgen, maar dit klinkt logischer.
